Our office manager, Jaclyn Rohrman, ensures smooth operations at Marion Smile Center, offering exceptional service and support to both patients and staff.
Jackie started her career at Marion Smile Center almost 20 years ago. First, she was a capable dental assistant that learned the clinical side of dentistry. Then, she was promoted to treatment coordinator blending her clinical experience with her engaging personality to explain to patients the investment in the dental treatments that our Doctors were recommending to them. Jackie was then promoted again to Office Manager. She now oversees our growing team which includes 15 people. Our team is made up of Business Assistants who specialize in the following areas: treatment, financial, scheduling, and insurance and Clinical Team Members including Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Doctors.

Our skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) are dedicated to providing exceptional care. Each of them have years of clinical experience and follow our extensive and up-to-date protocol for dental cleanings including the early treatment of destructive periodontal (gum) disease. Our new patients report that they have never received such a thorough cleaning and exam as they have with us. You will often see our RHDs looking through a microscope to detect bacteria in a sample taken from the pocket of a patient’s gum tissue or using the latest in oral cancer screening wave-length technology devices to identify cancer below the visible tissues. We have been told that we are one of the top offices in the Pittsburgh, PA area for periodontal treatment.
They are also mothers, and as such, are calm and caring with our littlest patients!
For a more personalized experience, we encourage you to build a relationship with one of our hygienists, so you can request them by name when scheduling future appointments.

Our team of experienced and cross-trained business assistants is here to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every patient. With years of expertise, they’ve helped thousands of patients access the dental care they need and deserve. One of our Business Assistants, Heather, started working with Dr. Marion over 35 years ago in his original smaller dental office next door to our current high-tech expansive office. Whether you’re scheduling your first appointment, navigating insurance options, or arranging affordable financing plans, our business assistants are dedicated to providing professional, friendly, and efficient service every step of the way. They’re always ready to assist you, ensuring you have the support you need to make informed decisions about your dental care.

Our clinical team includes Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs) who are highly trained, certified professionals who perform advanced clinical procedures, ensuring efficient and effective appointments. With years of specialized training under Dr. Marion, they play a key role in achieving exceptional patient outcomes. They also take initiative in adopting new technologies, such as leading the implementation of digital impressions and 3-D printers to fabricate in-house dental appliances such as custom whitening trays and retainers that replace traditional methods. Out with old-fashioned “gooey” impression material and in with a quick scan of your teeth using a high-tech camera which captures images of your mouth with incredible detail. Their dedication, expertise, and passion for their work shine through in every aspect of patient care.
